Article Iii, Section 5-7 Of The Administrative Code Of The Township Sets The Powers And Duties Of Thd Exeutive.
Among These Duties Are:

Ø     PREPARING REPORTS TO COUNCIL

Ø     MAKING APPOINTMENTS

Ø     ATTENDING METING OF COUNCIL AND TAKING PART IN DISCUSSIONS

Ø     MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL

Ø     CONSIDER ORDINANCES

In The History Of This Form Of Government The Council Has Always Given The Executive The Courtesy Of Being On The Agenda. Without Being On The Agenda, I Am Denied The Ability To Forfill My Duties.

Removing Me From The Agenda Is Therefore, A Direct Violation Of The Administrative Code.

It's A New Year And All Of Rhe Departments Are Anxious To Get Started. There Are Many Important Initiatives Planned Such As:

Ø      THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE

Ø      STORM WATER REGULATIONS

Ø      FIRE SAFETY INSPECTIONS

Ø      POLICE NEW HIRES AND STAFF TRAINING

Ø      ROAD AND STORMWATER REPAIRS

I Urge Council To Resolve The Budget Issue As Soon As Possible So That This Important Work Can Be Begin.
