Water
The Water Department purchases water from AQUA Pennsylvania to service The Keystone Industrial Park, Fergusonville, and Newportville areas. The Water Department is located in the Bristol Township Municipal Building at:

Sewer
The Sewer Department is now included with the Municipal Government and provides for sanitary sewage collection and treatment to most of the non-Levittown sections of the township. The collection system consists of approximately 60 miles of sewers and 18 pumping stations. The waste water treatment plant is located in Croydon and is maintained by a staff of 7 employees. The Sewer Department is located in the Bristol Township Municipal Building at:

2008 Sewer Rates

NOTICE

Any customer served by the Bristol Township Sewer Department is prohibited by Township Ordinance to discharge storm water, surface water, spring water, ground water, roof run-off, sub-surface drainage, cellar drainage or roof leader connections into any sewer. 

The additional water added to the sanitary system increases the load on treatment plants and causes the Township to exceed permitted capacities.
